New York Blood Center publicly thanks sorority

Dear Editor:

We would like to publicly thank the sorority Delta Sigma Theta, Epsilon Tau Chapter for its blood drive with New York Blood Center (NYBC) on November 23, 2008. We collected 12 pints of whole blood at the Harlem State Office Building on 125th Street. This amount of whole blood is capable of saving the lives of three dozen people. Thank you again members of Delta Sigma Theta, Epsilon Tau Chapter for helping the people of New York, and for giving the gift of life.
