Army Reserve Maj. Mitzi A. Rivera

Army Reserve Maj. Mitzi A. Rivera has arrived for duty at Fort Dix, N.J.

Rivera, chief of hospital education and training, is assigned to the 865^th Combat Support Hospital. She has 21 years of military service.

She is the daughter of Efrain Rivera of Pebble Path, Rock Hill, N.Y.

The major received an associate degree in 1996 from Sullivan County Community College, Loch Sheldrake, N.Y. She earned a bachelor’s degree in 2004 from the State University of New York, New Paltz.
