Students Learn about President Obama’s Inauguration

Newburgh – Students at the Newburgh Pre-K Center at Washington Street learned about President Barack Obama’s Inauguration. Principal Joan Goudy-Crosson, who attended the inauguration in Washington, D.C., created a bulletin board with the assistance of Secretary Jenny Quilez.

According to Goudy-Crosson, “Even at a young age, children need to dream big and know that their dreams are possible and can come true. The election of Barack Obama is the perfect illustration of what is possible, if you can only dream.”
