The Wright Choice

Aquanetta FerryGodmotther Wright is the right change for the City of Newburgh.  I met Aquanetta when she was working on the Newburgh Beacon Ferry giving away free coffee.  I remember when she started to put together her ideas for what was to become the very successful Newburgh Jazz Series, the free concerts on the waterfront in July and August.

Putting major events together takes vision, determination, commitment and the ability to get the job done, which she has repeatedly demonstrated.  Aquanetta is passionate about communication and educating the people of this city, as shown by her work with the community and the students in the 21^st Century afterschool program at NFA.

For over 10 years Aquanetta has been a voice of reason at Newburgh City Council meetings.  I’m very proud to call Aquanetta Wright a friend and I feel the people of the City of Newburgh can send no better person to be their representative as Orange County Legislator, District 4.   I think Aquanetta can use all of her magical abilities to help the people of Newburgh, and that is why I can see no better candidate for Orange County Legislator than Aquanetta FerryGodmother Wright.
