NEWBURGH - New York State Commissioner of Education MaryEllen Elia visited several schools in Newburgh recently, led by Superintendent of Schools Dr. Roberto Padilla, Board of Education President Carole Mineo, Vice President Kenneth Copertino and school officials. Commissioner Elia toured Vails Gate STEAM Academy, Meadow Hill School, and Fostertown School and spoke to scholars and staff in each building.
