Domestic Violence Conference to be Held

STONE RIDGE – SUNY Ulster will host the 4th Annual Domestic Violence Information Forum October 28, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., at the College Lounge, Vanderlyn Hall. The conference is cosponsored by the Ulster County Interagency Council on Domestic Violence, County Executive Michael Hein, SUNY Ulster, and the TMI Project. The public is invited to this free event.

This conference will focus on participants telling their story around domestic violence issues. By sharing, storytellers become agents of change, fostering compassion, understanding, and public awareness. Ulster County domestic violence resources will be presented.
TMI Project is a non-profit organization offering transformative memoir workshops and performances that invite storytellers and audience members to explore new perspectives. By sharing bravely and candidly, storytellers become agents of change, fostering compassion, understanding and public awareness.
