Cornerstone Family Healthcare Welcomes Providers

NEWBURGH – Cornerstone Family Healthcare’s rapidly expanding footprint has increased the need for committed providers. They welcome four providers to a team that is dedicated to providing high-quality health care to the communities it serve.

Joseph Praino, PA received his Physician Assistant Degree from Mercy College Physician Assistant School. He has nearly 10 years of experience in the field of Orthopedics. Praino is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant. He is interested in the fields of pain management and emergent care as well. Praino will be seeing patients for Internal Medicine services at Cornerstone’s Center for Recovery.

Tiana Osbourne, DDS received her Doctorate degree in dental surgery from Loma Linda School of Dentistry in Loma Linda, CA and completed her residency in the Bronx Lebanon General Practice Residency program.  Dr. Osbourne has participated in several international mission service trips to provide citizens with dental care in Sir Lanka and Haiti.  She was also very active as a student by involving herself as a Dental School Representative in the Black Health Care Professionals Association and as a Public Relations Officer for her graduating class at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Dr. Osbourne is seeing patients at Cornerstone’s 147 Lake Street and 100 Broadway offices in Newburgh.

Yong-Suk Zarski, PNP received her MSN degree in nursing from SUNY New Paltz and completed a post master certification program in Adult Psychiatric and Mental health at SUNY Stony Brook. She also obtained her Doctor of Psychiatric Nursing Practice (DNP) at SUNY Stony Brook. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Zarski has diverse clinical nursing experience in medical-surgical and geriatric areas as well as chronically mentally ill patients. She previously worked as a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital while working part-time as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Essex County Mental Health Associates in New Jersey. In addition to that, she taught in the psychiatric/mental health NP program at Fairleigh Dickinson University as an adjunct professor for five years. Zarski will be seeing patients in the Behavioral Health department of Cornerstone’s 147 Lake Street office in Newburgh.

Susan Furman, RDH received her associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from SUNY Orange. She is board certified by the National Board of Dental Hygiene. Susan has nearly 30 years of experience in the dental field. She is interested in taking care of the special needs population. As a dental hygienist, Susan takes pride in helping patients relax and identifies their personal needs before treating them. She will be seeing patients at Cornerstone’s Goshen office at 2 Fletcher Street.
