NEWBURGH – On Thursday, July 13, the Newburgh Enlarged City School District hosted its new Goldback Administrators Onboarding Orientation at the Board of Education. The event, opened by Superintendent of Schools Dr. Roberto Padilla, featured a “What Do I Need to Know to be Successful” scavenger hunt, pertinent divisional tasks, welcome gifts, a NECSD Community and School Bus Tour, and a Goldback Buddy BBQ Luncheon, where new hires were partnered with current administrators.
“We are excited for these new administrators to join our team and look forward to creating a district of excellence,” shared Executive Director of Human Resources Dr. Pedro Roman.
