Army Black Knights Set Back by Missouri

ITHACA – The Army West Point women’s tennis team fell to Missouri 4-0 on Sunday morning.

The Black Knights dropped to 0-2, while the Tigers improved to 4-0.
The doubles team of Genevieve McCormick and Danna Funaro won the lone flight for the

Black Knights, improving to 3-1 as a duo.

The Black Knights are now 0-2 in the all-time series with Missouri.

This was Army’s first time facing an SEC opponent since 2012 when it squared off against Alabama in the NCAA tournament.
