NEWBURGH – Last Wednesday night, the City of Newburgh Police-Community Relations and Review Board met at the Cornerstone Family Health Center to discuss various issues of concern regarding police complaints, improving relations between the force and citizens as well as several other issues with Doug Solomon, Chief of Police of the City of Newburgh. The five member Committee next meets on April 28.
