Gore Mountain’s Harvest Fest Oct. 6th-7th

NORTH CREEK – Gore Mountain’s largest-ever Harvest Fest on October 6-7 will display a massive array of premier Adirondack artisans, peak scenic foliage views, autumn-themed food and drink, and a wide variety of recreational activities. There is live music and free admission for all!

Harvest Fest presents an amazing Adirondack slopeside shopping village of 90+ talented artists. Browse handcrafted items such as furniture made of locally reclaimed wood, NY made wines and spirits, upcycled book origami, original paintings and photography, all-natural bath & beauty essentials, primitives & Adirondack decor, hand-painted fabrics, knit scarves & accessories, unique handmade jewelry and pottery, locally produced specialty food items, and so much more!

Gore’s multiple peaks of terrain will be illuminated with a colorful autumn showcase, providing prime leaf-peeping opportunities for hikers, downhill mountain bikers, and passengers aboard the Northwoods Gondola. Live music throughout the weekend includes Last Daze and Stone Revival Band on Saturday, and The Blonde Roots and Rasinhead on Sunday. Children can interact with entertainers such as Penelope the Clown, The Wicked Witch of the West, Bacon Bits the Pig, and Mr. Mike & his Big Red Box of Magic. In addition there is an inflatable playground and zorbing from Bounce Around Entertainment, live birds of prey, pony rides & petting zoo, rock climbing, bungee trampolining, arts & crafts, field games, a Halloween egg hunt, and disc & mini golf.

Visitors are encouraged to visit I Love NY’s interactive kiosk, where they can play trivia games, experience virtual reality, take quizzes, and enjoy a fun photo booth while learning about numerous destinations and activities available within the state.

Guests can look for a hearty, fall-inspired menu including pulled pork and beef brisket from Gore Mountain’s smoker, bratwurst, apple pie, pumpkin soup, and much more. An extensive beer and wine selection spotlights fall seasonal brews and local craft beverages.

Skiers and riders can cash in on an exclusive festival-only lift ticket deal! The Gore X4 pack is four lift tickets valid Sunday-Friday, non-holiday for, and is available only at Harvest Fest. Guests can also purchase SKI3 Snow Samplers, season passes, frequent skier cards, and gift cards.

During the festival, learn about major construction projects in progress for the upcoming winter, including extensive upgrades to the snowmaking system and a two-story addition to the Base Lodge.
