BEACON – Via Zoom, join author, photographer, and lecturer, Kevin Woyce, on Wednesday, September 30th at 1pm,as he presents an hour-long, virtualseasonal program all about Halloween titled “Halloween: A Haunted History.”In this fact and fun-filled program, hosted by the Howland Public Library, we will find out why we carve pumpkins at Halloween, dress up in costumes, and decorate our homes with skeletons and ghosts.
