Jeremy Mooney Breaks Marist School Record

SPRINGFIELD, MA – Jeremy Mooney of the Marist men’s track & field program broke the school record in the 100-meter dash on Saturday at the IC4A Championships.

Mooney ran a time of 10.98 seconds, which topped the record he set just six days prior at the MAAC Championships of 11.02 seconds. His time placed 13th in the preliminaries.

Matthew Hartman placed 24th in the 10K with a time of 31:39.14, Roshan Kalikasingh ran 1:57.34 in the 800 to finish 29th.

The Championships finished on Sunday as Brandon Rizzo finished 17th in the 400-meter hurdles in 58.94 seconds. The Red Foxes’ 4 X 800-meter relay team of Aidan Sweeney, Kalikasingh, Thomas Dinsmore, and Matthew Hawker placed ninth in 8:08.85.
