NEW ROCHELLE – The New Rochelle Police Department held a promotions ceremony on Thursday, July 22 at New Rochelle City Hall. Newly appointed Commissioner Robert Gazzola and Deputy Commissioner Cosmo Costa were joined by Mayor Noam Bramson, City Manager Chuck Strome, staff, and families as they recognized the following members:
