“Thank you to my clients, staff and friends that provided toys and a helping hand to the CWDF Second Annual Toy Drive. We put smiles on so many children’s faces this year,” exclaimed Clarice Needham, owner of HJM Management Services.
Needham explained that her group serves a shelter in the Bronx – SCO Family Services. But it was at the Recreation Center in Middletown, NY where they handed out toys and had activities for the children to do, that filled her heart with joy, “We also gave toys to Garnett Medical Center in Middletown, NY and the NYS Office of People with Developmental Disabilities in Goshen, NY,” Needham said.
“This event is very close to my heart. Those of you who know me, know I go hard for the children,” she said. CWDF helps children to continue to dream to be “All” they can dream to be – Whatever that may be.
Needham says even though we have a lot going on in our lives and in the world, it means so much to see the children smile. “It kept me and my crew going through this holiday season.”
Her words of wisdom, “Life doesn’t get easier, you just get stronger.” That’s why she dedicated this year’s Toy Drive to her Uncle Roger Mack, a pillar of strength.
