Local Scholar Wins First Place in State Competition

NEW WINDSOR – Five elementary scholars from New Windsor School participated in a statewide poster contest for the New York Association for Pupil Transportation (NYAPT). Students were charged with creating a poster to promote bus safety. Of the submissions, Zyir Coleman, grade 2, moved on to the NYS competition and won First Place for his art. Congratulations to Zyir!
