Orange County Holding Annual Spring Job Fair

GOSHEN – Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus and Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Director Steve Knob have announced that the County will hold its annual spring job fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1 at The Galleria at Crystal Run in the Town of Wallkill.

“Orange County’s job fair has become a very popular event and we expect another great turnout this year of both employers and job seekers,” Neuhaus said. “The job fair provides those seeking employment or career advancement with a wonderful opportunity to speak with respected companies and firms that are hiring. Orange County appreciates the continued support from the employers participating in our job fair.”

Approximately 100 employers and recruiters from Orange, Dutchess, Sullivan and Westchester counties will be at the Galleria to speak with potential job candidates. Businesses that will attend the event include Access: Supports for Living/Occupations Inc., Advance Testing, Amazon, Braemar Living, C & S Wholesale Grocers, Crystal Run Healthcare, LLC, Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions, Garnet Health Medical Center, Inspire, Leprechaun Lines, Mid-City Transit, Mobile Life Support Services, New York State Department of Transportation, the Orange County Department of Human Resources, Orange County Transit, Inc., SUNY Orange, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the Valley View Center for Nursing Care and Rehabilitation. The companies will represent multiple sectors, including healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, and government, and will be hiring for a wide range of positions.
