NECSD Board of Education Organizational Meeting

Last Tuesday evening at the Organizational Meeting for the Newburgh Enlarged City School District (NECSD) Board of Education, Mr. Darren Stridiron, Mr. John Doerre, and Mr. Jerry Ryan Lamar pledged the oath of office as members of the NECSD Board of Education.

NEWBURGH – Last Tuesday evening at the Organizational Meeting for the Newburgh Enlarged City School District (NECSD) Board of Education, Mr. Darren Stridiron, Mr. John Doerre, and Mr. Jerry Ryan Lamar pledged the oath of office as members of the NECSD Board of Education. Each member is elected for a three-year term; terms of office are staggered with elections held every year.

Ms. Carole Mineo was elected as the Board President and Mr. Philip Howard was elected as the Board Vice President. Each pledged their respective oaths for those positions.

Dr. Jackielyn Manning Campbell also pledged the oath for duties as the office of Superintendent of Schools of the Newburgh Enlarged City School District.

The board will hold its next regular meeting on July 19 at 7:00 p.m.
