NEWBURGH – On Monday, October 31st, Fostertown ETC held a Halloween Parade for its students. Scholars and teachers marched through the halls wearing their Halloween costumes. As they made their way outside; the scholars were greeted by their cheering peers and favorite teachers. The children really enjoyed seeing their teachers and friends dressed up for the fun celebration.
