NEWBURGH – Get ready to move, sing and have a great time with a collection of bilingual children’s songs presented by singer-songwriter, puppeteer and musician, Flor Bromley. The Newburgh Free Library will be hosting a Family Hispanic Heritage Month Concert with Flor Bromley on Thursday, September 14, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Newburghers might remember Flor from her crowd pleasing performance at the 2022 Family Reading Day celebration at the Newburgh Free Library. Come sing along to Flor’s collection of upbeat songs in Spanish and English that promote dual language education, diversity, and take children of all ages on a magical journey to discover the joy of music, Latin American culture and learning. Children and adults alike will be singing and humming Flor’s tunes long after they’ve left her show. This event is free to attend but seating is limited to 100 people. Light refreshments will be served courtesy of the Friends of the Newburgh Free Library.
