NEWBURGH – A Newburgh Free Library security guard admires the colorful medley of images that envelop the front grounds of the Library Monday night.
The eye- catching, outdoor art piece was completed by a group of City of Newburgh youth, as part of a ceremony, honoring the unveiling of a Harriet Tubman statue a couple of years ago. It’s powerful presence offers light, positivity and hope to those who encounter it.
