NEWBURGH – The 2023 Junior Varsity (JV) Volleyball Team was a special team to coach and be a part of this year. The team included some returning players, some new additions, and even two middle school athletes. The age and experience level of this team did not stop them from winning many big games. This team knew what it meant to have fun but also handle business. One of the biggest highlights of their season was battling against Pine Bush and in three sets were able to come away with a big victory. Each player had an intricate role on this year’s team and was able to contribute to this team’s success. The Newburgh Volleyball program is ecstatic with the development of each player and is looking forward to the upcoming season.
