NEWBURGH – The holiday spirit filled the city of Newburgh on Saturday, December 9th as several floats made their way thru the city to spread holiday cheer. Santa and Ms. Claus were accompanied by numerous characters including the Grinch, who was locked up for not so good behavior. Other city employees and local elected officials joined in the fun to usher in the holiday season prior to the official lighting of the tree later that day.
