Annual 5K Run & Walk With the Dogs Held in Beacon

The Annual 5K Run & Walk with the Dogs was held on Sunday, at Beacon’s Memorial Park, a record- setting number of human and furry friend participants gathered to take place in the event.

BEACON – Sunday, at Beacon’s Memorial Park, a record-setting number of human and furry friend participants gathered to take place in the Annual 5K Run & Walk with the Dogs, supporting the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) of Beacon.

In addition to the featured races- series high included a children’s 1K- the popular venue included; face painting, barbeque offerings, a raffle with multiple items and services, a dog costume contest, several vendors providing information on their services, as well as doggy pools to refresh and relax in after their fun workouts.
