Marist Baseball Falls In Series Finale Against Siena

LOUDONVILLE – The Marist baseball team dropped its final game of the 2025 season, Saturday afternoon. The Red Foxes dropped the series finale against the Siena Saints 10-3.

The Red Foxes dropped to 23-26 overall and 14-14 in MAAC play.

The Red Foxes struck first with two runs in the first inning.

Noel Rivera recorded an RBI double which scored Jason Claiborn for the Red Foxes.

Rivera stole home, which gave the Red Foxes a 2-0 lead.

Siena evened the game in the bottom-half of the fourth inning with two runs in the inning.

The Red Foxes and Saints were tied 2-2 through four innings of play.

Siena gained the lead in the fifth inning with four runs in the inning.

The Red Foxes trailed 6-2 through five innings of play.

Siena added to its lead with four more runs in the bottom-half of the seventh inning.

The Red Foxes trailed 10-2 after seven innings of play.

Zach Donahue recorded a sacrifice fly in the top-half of the eighth inning, which cut into the Siena lead 10-3.

The Red Foxes are set for the 2025 MAAC Championships.
