County Board of Elections Announces Early Voting

GOSHEN – The Orange County Commissioners of Elections would like to remind voters that the Primary Election will take place on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Poll sites throughout Orange County will be open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Primary Day.

Only voters registered in eligible parties may vote in their party’s primary election. The following contests will appear on the ballot:
• Democratic Party voters throughout Orange County for Comptroller and in the 39th Senate District Senator
• Conservative Party voters in the 42nd Senate District Senator and 99th Assembly District for 9th Judicial District Delegates and Alternate Delegates
• Republican Party voters in the Town of Chester, Ward One for Council Member
• Working Families Party voters in the Town of Newburgh for Town Justice

Eligible voters are encouraged to take advantage of Early Voting, which will be available from Saturday, June 13 through Sunday, June 21, 2026 at the following dates, times and locations:

Monday, June 15 — 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday, June 16 — 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Thursday, June 18 — 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday, June 19 — 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, June 20 — 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, June 21 — 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Voters may also currently request an absentee or early mail ballot in person at the Orange County Board of Elections office located at 75 Webster Avenue, Goshen, New York, or apply online through the County website. The Board office will remain open until 8:00 PM on Monday, June 15, and Tuesday, June 16, and will also be open both weekends during Early Voting from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist voters with in-person ballot applications and other voting services.
