The award was presented at the annual NYMBA Convention, held September 15-17, 2025, in Verona, NY. The annual NYMBA Convention brings together policy, advocacy, and real estate finance experts to promote homeownership and improve the quality of life for homeowners throughout New York State.
This prestigious award recognizes Ms. Fellin’s dedication to making homeownership accessible. It celebrates her 11 years of service on the Mid-Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Directors and her significant contributions to affordable lending.
