ORLANDO, FL – The Army West Point track and field team finished the Knights Invite at UCF.
The day was highlighted by the men’s 4x100m running a 40.95 to win their head by nearly two full seconds for good third overall in the meet. The women’s side also impressed, coming in fifth overall with a time of 46.43.
Jake Bowersock came in second place in the men’s discus with a toss of 54.16m. Four Black Knights placed in the top 10 of the women’s discus, Sophia Dystra, Kayley Ragazzini, Karly Parcell, and Olivia placed sixth through ninth.
Mitchell Burr was electric in the 800m coming in third with a time of 1:48.57. Joshua Duncan came in sixth in the 100m dash at 10.68. The men’s 4x400m squad placed sixth at 3:17.62.
