Brendan M. Woolsey has received an Air Force Reserve Officers’ Training Corps scholarship to attend State University of New York at Cortland, Cortland, N.Y. Scholarships are awarded on a merit system in area such as academic achievement, extra curricular activities, physical fitness, specific performance or accomplishment, leadership abilities, and personal interviews.
He is a 2016 graduate of New Paltz Senior High School, New Paltz, N.Y.
