Army Col. Douglas E. White has retired from the U.S. Army after serving honorably for 27 years.
White was last serving as Air Defense Artillery Officer with Fires Center of Excellence, Fort Sill, Okla.
He is the son of Larry and Julie White of Austintown, Ohio.
White graduated in 1987 from Salem Senior High School, Salem, Ohio, and earned a bachelor’s degree in 2018 from United States Military Academy, West Point, N.Y.
