Army Lt. Col. Patrick M. Downes has retired from the U.S. Army after serving honorably for 25 years.
Downes was last serving as Operations Research Systems Analysis Division Chief with United States Army Africa, Caserma Ederle, Italy.
Downes is the son of Patrick J. and Joanne M. Downes of Wyckoff, N.J.
He is a 1989 graduate of Bergen Catholic High School, Oradell, N.J. He earned a bachelor’s degree in 1993 from United States Military Academy, West Point, N.Y.
