HUDSON VALLEY – In its continuing dedication to serving the needs of the Hudson Valley, Tompkins Mahopac Bank (TMB) announced its First-time Homebuyers Seminar in conjunction with Hudson River Housing, Inc., on Wednesday, October 17.
The free seminar will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Adriance Memorial Library, 93 Market Street in Poughkeepsie, and help first-time homebuyers navigate available programs and services toward home ownership, including a review of the home-buying process as well as special first-time homebuyer products and services. Refreshments will be served during the seminar and attendees can enter to win a gift package featuring first-time homeowner essentials, including a tool kit, picture hangers, gift cards, and more.
