Basile NOT “Our State Senator”

Dear Editor:
You can’t miss the big signs: Basile- “Our State Senator.”

But it’s not true. Bill Larkin is our state senator. He has been for decades. Basile is nobody’s state senator. He’s a member of the Stony Point town board in Rockland County.

Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of political whoppers. But no one has surpassed Basile’s barefaced falsehood.

You don’t become “Our State Senator” by proclaiming it on signs. We voters get to decide that.

Let’s set Basile straight. The easiest way is to vote for Skoufis.
