WHITE PLAINS – Ulster Savings Bank would like to invite the public to a free Homebuyer Seminar on Thursday, November 29 from 6:30 pm–8 pm at Cambria Suites, 250 Main Street, White Plains.
This informational seminar will provide details on mortgage options available for homebuyers.
Ulster Savings Bank’s Residential Training and Product Support Specialist David Friedman will speak at the seminar.
The seminar, held in coordination with the Housing Development Fund, will cover the many critical steps to owning your own home. Discussion topics will include the following:

Credit scores and why they are important
Documentation needed to apply
Low down payment options
Choosing the right lender
What to expect during the buying process
