SUNY Ulster Will Host Two Finalizing Enrollment Days

STONE RIDGE – SUNY Ulster will host two Finalizing Enrollment Days for those interested in beginning at SUNY Ulster in fall 2019 on Tuesday, July 9 and Tuesday, July 30. A morning session will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and an evening session will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. both days in the Enrollment & Success Center, Vanderlyn 119, at the Stone Ridge campus. These events will allow attendees to finalize their enrollment and registration so they are ready for the start of fall 2019 classes on Monday, August 26.

From those who haven’t applied yet to those ready to register for classes, prospective students at any point in the enrollment process can attend one of these sessions to finalize their enrollment. Attendees can take a campus tour, apply for admissions, explore scholarship opportunities, get information on degree planning, take Entering Student Assessment exams, and register for fall 2019 classes during these events. Prospective students are encouraged to complete the enrollment process at these one-stop shops for their ease of use and better selection of open fall classes.

Many Ulster County residents begin their college experience at SUNY Ulster, going on to transfer to four-year colleges and universities or enter the workforce upon graduation. It’s a smart strategy that allows students to gain an excellent education without incurring extraordinary debt. For those transferring, the money saved in the first two years helps finance the last two.
