In its eighth year, the program recognizes agents whose work and dedication resulted in an outstanding number of transactions and reinforced an effort to increase the rate of Hispanic homeownership across the country. Agents recognized by the program represented a total of 25,552 units in closed transactions (from January – December 2018), and over $6.67 billion in total sales volume. In addition to the national ranking, this program examines several additional categories among candidates, including agents by team, geographic region, volume, millennials, and top individual agents.
“I am grateful for this recognition by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and, as a proud Latina, it demonstrates my commitment to ensuring that my Hispanic brothers and sisters are represented in both our industry and in home ownership,” said Morales. “I am deeply appreciative of my office-based real estate team for their daily support of our clientele. I share this award and recognition with them.”
