* Weis Markets #215 located at 1109-11 Main Union Center Hwy in Endicott, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $19,046.50
* A-Plus #09052 located at 301 W Merric Road in Valley Stream, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $19,046.50
* Smokes 4 Less located at 982 Main St Unit 9 in Fishkill, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $19,046.50
Take 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. Drawings take place every evening at 10:30 p.m. Winning tickets at all prize levels may be cashed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
