What Was Going On Is Still Going On, But Why?

This past Sunday evening, after experiencing a “Lovely” Mother’s Day celebration with my family, I decided to watch “What’s Going On” which was a documentary about Marvin Gay’s “Awesome” album “What’s Going On,” which was released fifty years ago. Wow! I will never forget the day that my ears first listened to that album. Tears started pouring from my eyes as I listened to each of the songs, “What’s Going On,” “Mercy Mercy Me,” “Inner City Blues,” “Makes Me Wanna Holla,” and all of the rest of those songs, for they each were describing what was going on throughout the ‘Black” communities of this country. Wow! Many of our children’s lives were being destroyed by drugs, police, and also the Vietnam War which was going on. All of that made us mothers wanna scream and throw up both our hands because of the destruction which was going on throughout the “Black” communities in America.

The “Real” sad part about “All” of this is that most of that madness is still going on throughout “Our” communities and has now spread throughout many of their communities also. Wow! What was allowed to happen to so many of our children has spread to so very many of their children and that’s so very sad because no children should be suffering in the way that so many are. Many families have been destroyed and still are being destroyed due to the drugs that have been allowed to flow throughout this country. What the powers that be meant for only us “Black” folks to experience, has also become their experience. Wow!

Now, they also, are throwing up both of their hands due to the devastation that “Drug” abuse has wielded against their children. How could they not realize that this madness would eventually flow into their homes, making them also wanna “Holla” and throw up both of their hands because of their children “flying high?” “Wow!”

Who “Really’ cares and who is truly willing to try to save our children from what’s “Really” going on? This country needs a genuine “Heart Transplant!” Racism has, and still is destroying, not only this country, but is destroying this world due to the “Love” of money.

Wow! How long is it going to take, how many more lives are going to be lost due to man’s inhumanity toward a fellow human being. Truthfully, in my heart I do believe that we are seeing the “End” unfolding before our very eyes. Why? The Holy Bible describes the way that things will be in the “Last Days” and we now see much of it unfolding before our very eyes.

In the Holy Bible it tells us the way that things will be prior to Jesus’ return and I truthfully do believe that we are seeing it unfolding before our very eyes. No one knows just how close we are to the end except God but there are signs falling all around us that we should be aware of. “What’s Going On” throughout our world today should cause much concern, especially “What’s Going On” throughout Israel. No one knows how close we are to the “End” except God but there are some signs that we should be very aware of: 1) The potential roles of ISIS and North African nations in the end times, 2} Ancient prophecies regarding God’s protection of Israel. In 1948 Israel became a nation after 2,000 years of not being a nation.

And God had said this way back 2,600 years ago that He was going to bring them back to the land. So that is one fact that nobody can deny – that Israel is in the land.

Wake up! Wake up! Wake up! Everything that is presently going on, must go on! Yes! Yes! Yes! Truthfully, I myself am growing very weary and tired for it seems that “A Change” for the better for the “least of those” is “Never” going to come. What was going on is still going on. ”Lord Have Mercy!”
