BEACON – Sunday afternoon guests were treated to the taping of a special podcast for Running for Real Time. Host, Tina Muir interviewed accomplished professional runner, Mary Cain, at the summer pop-up Tracksmith’s headquarters, located on 2 Tioranda in Beacon.
Cain discussed her involvement, overseeing a new running group, Atalantany, in New York City, as well as her advocacy work aimed at making running more inclusive, equitable for females, balanced and fun for all. Tracksmith, who Cain is involved with on multiple levels, will be selling their popular running merchandise as well as holding a host of free, diverse, fun runs as well as special events, scheduled throughout the week and until around mid-August.
