BEACON – Each Sunday on Main Street in the City of Beacon, several vendors show up to sell their fresh produce and other products. Additionally, many restaurants are on hand, offering delicious food for shoppers. One of those regular restaurants is Pat’s Kitchen, serving up Jamaican food, with such offerings as jerk chicken and oxtail, and located on 453 Main Street in the City of Poughkeepsie.
