Newburgh Armory Gives Out Thanksgiving Meals

NEWBURGH – A large turnout of both volunteers (pictured) and guests were on hand at the Newburgh Armory Unity Center, located on 321 South William Street in the City of Newburgh, last Thursday for a complete Thanksgiving dinner, drinks and desserts. Guests were also provided with a selection of non-perishable food items as well as clothing to take with them. The well-attended event was hosted by “We Care” organizers, Andre Herring and his wife Kendra, along with a generous group of energetic, compassionate volunteers, and was held from 11am-3pm.
