Newburgh Schools Will Be Providing Free Meals

NEWBURGH – The Newburgh Enlarged City School District is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.

Meals will be provided, at a first come, first served basis, at the sites and times as follows:
July 5th-August 25th 2023 Monday-Friday
Newburgh Free Library: 124 Grand Street, 10AM-2PM
Center for Hope: 280 Broadway, 10:30AM-1:30PM
Mullins Apartments: 40 Walsh Road, 11:30AM-1:30PM
Chadwick Lake Park: 1702 Rt 300, 12PM-12:30PM

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
