KINGSTON – The Board of Trustees of Ulster Savings Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Maureen Halahan as a new board member.
Ms.Halahan has successfully worked in the field of economic development for more than 20 years serving as Chief Executive Officer at the Orange County Partnership. Under her leadership the Partnership transitioned from a public/private organization to being a 100% privately funded corporation.
