Tompkins Community Bank Promotes Carey

BREWSTER – A recognition of professional development, Tompkins Community Bank announced the promotion of David Carey to consumer and aircraft lending credit manager. With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Carey will be responsible for overseeing business development strategies as well as maintaining and developing client relationships in the home equity and aircraft lending space.

Prior to joining Tompkins, Carey worked as an underwriter at ResMac, Inc. An active member of the Hudson Valley community, Carey is a member of the Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce, the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association and an affiliate member of the Dutchess County Realtors Association. Additionally, Carey serves as the co-chair of the Tompkins Acorn Community Alliance, which serves countless community organizations including Second Chance Food, Astor Services and Dutchess Outreach, to name a few.
