Congratulations to the NFA August Class of 2025

NEWBURGH – The Newburgh Free Academy (NFA) Class of 2025 is complete! Last week, celebrated 88 additional graduates as they walked across Academy Field. The recognition was made special by family, friends, teachers, support staff, and administrators who came to celebrate the scholars.

The City of Newburgh Police Department and NFA AF-JROTC led the procession down South Street and onto Academy Field.

Remarks were delivered by Ms. Susan Valentino and Mr. Matteo Doddo, co-principals of Newburgh Free Academy, Mr. Rob Glowacki, Principal for Extended School Year Programs, Mr. Andrew Cameron, Principal for ESY High School, and Dr. Elisa Correa-Soto, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction for secondary. Board President, Mr. John Doerre, and Board members Mr. Philip Howard and Ms. Letitia Politi joined the procession and celebration of graduates while handing out diplomas.

A small reception was held for graduates and their families after the ceremony.
