Bad Bunny Concludes World Tour in Puerto Rico

SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO – Global phenomenon and six-time GRAMMY® winner Bad Bunny has concluded his “DeBÍ TiRAR MÁS FOToS World Tour” with two sold-out performances at Estadio Hiram Bithorn in San Juan, Puerto Rico, welcoming 70,000 fans across August 22 and 23. Produced by Noah Assad Presents and Move Concerts, the homecoming brought a powerful close to a global journey that spanned five continents, 22 cities and 55 shows, selling 3.1 million tickets worldwide.

After taking DeBÍ TiRAR MÁS FOToS to audiences across the world, Bad Bunny returned to Puerto Rico for the final two performances of the tour. The homecoming brought the story of the album and its global journey back to the island that inspired it, celebrating the music, culture and identity that have remained at the heart of the project from the beginning.

Throughout the tour, Puerto Rican culture traveled alongside Bad Bunny. Los Pleneros de la Cresta and Los Sobrinos became part of the journey, bringing the sounds and traditions of Puerto Rico to audiences around the world. Chuwi, who served as an opening act throughout the “DeBÍ TiRAR MÁS FOToS World Tour,” also opened both closing shows in Puerto Rico and joined Bad Bunny onstage to perform “WELTiTA.”

The closing performances continued that celebration, with Bad Bunny reflecting on his pride in being Puerto Rican, the lessons he has learned from the island and the people who have supported him throughout his career. Speaking to the crowd, he recognized the role Puerto Rico has played in allowing its music and culture to reach audiences around the world.

A Homecoming Celebration
The two closing nights also brought together artists who hold a meaningful place in Bad Bunny’s journey and in Puerto Rican music. On August 22, DEI V, Arcángel, Farruko and Ñengo Flow joined Bad Bunny onstage, revisiting collaborations and celebrating artists who played an important role in the early stages of his career. On August 23, Víctor Manuelle, DEI V, RaiNao, Jowell & Randy and Rauw Alejandro joined Bad Bunny onstage for the tour’s final night.

The Puerto Rico shows also featured two special catalog moments unique to the island. Bad Bunny performed “Ser Bichote,” from his 2018 debut album X 100PRE, and “Vuelve Candy B,” from his 2023 album nadie sabe lo que va a pasar mañana.

La Casita, which remained a defining element throughout the “DeBÍ TiRAR MÁS FOToS World Tour,” was also present for the final performances in San Juan. The Puerto Rican home at the center of the production became a visual throughline throughout the tour, connecting audiences around the world to the sense of home, memory and identity at the core of the album.

Across 55 shows in 22 cities and five continents, the “DeBÍ TiRAR MÁS FOToS World Tour” transformed a deeply Puerto Rican project into a global live experience, reaching 3.1 million fans around the world.

The tour continued Bad Bunny’s evolution as one of the most influential Latin artists on the global stage, bringing Puerto Rican music and culture to stadium audiences across Latin America, Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. From the sounds of plena and salsa to the themes of community, identity and belonging that define DeBÍ TiRAR MÁS FOToS, the tour demonstrated the universal reach of music rooted in a specific place and perspective.

The tour also capped a defining period for Bad Bunny that included his groundbreaking “NO ME QUIERO IR DE AQUÍ” residency in Puerto Rico, his historic Super Bowl LX Halftime Show performance, and a landmark year for DeBÍ TiRAR MÁS FOToS, which earned the GRAMMY Award for Album of the Year, making history as the first fully Spanish-language album to receive the honor.
