Creativesmx Hosted First Ever Creativesmx MEET

KINGSTON – Creativesmx hosted its first ever Creativesmx MEET, this past Saturday, November 18th, 2017. The meet was held at BSP in downtown Kingston and featured creators, vendors, mentors, and industry professionals who all came together in support of the ever-growing creative economy.

The day started with an opening ceremony that featured Ellen Karis, the “Greek Goddess” of comedy. Her set included hilarious and heartwarming family stories, many of which centered around her experiences as a working entertainer who made the transition from the financial services industry.

Once the competition got underway, participants were put to the test as they completed a number of activities that gained them points contributing to an overall score. Whether they were getting Glammed by Kpie, having their headshots captured by Jason Riley Hoss Photography, or experiencing the future of everything with the virtual reality innovation booth from Harold Castellano, participants were always pushed to experience something new.
