Asking For Your Vote to be Village Trustee

Dear Editor:

As a mother, educator, and businesswoman, I have had the distinct honor of representing our community as your Deputy Town Supervisor. Today, I ask for your vote to be your next Village Trustee.

As a public servant, my mission has been to advocate for Woodbury and improve the residents’ quality of life. With the support of my peers and Woodbury residents, I continue to accomplish these goals. I value the thoughts of my community, regardless of political party, which has led to positive change for our community.

As our nation faces unprecedented times, our community needs clear leadership to address bipartisan issues impacting our residents. I seek to implement smart solutions for growing problems, and address the following issues as Village Trustee:

Partnership between Town and Village: Improve communication and collaboration between Town and Village.

Enforcement: Strict enforcement through combined efforts of Town and Village resources to address violations of local laws and ordinances and protect our community and environment.

Smart Community Initiatives: Secure grants, and leverage partnerships with other municipalities to make Woodbury energy efficient.

Caring for our Resources: Protect and preserve local water and land through community driven task forces that support county initiatives.

Improve our Main Street: Upgrade light fixtures to improve our “Main Street” and improve municipal response to outages and provide community WIFI.

The time is now. Be engaged, be inspired to lead, and be encouraged to take your seat at the table. I ask for your vote on November 3, 2020.
