Rondout Savings Bank Welcomes Sean Soliva

Sean Soliva comes to Rondout Savings Bank with over fifteen years of retail banking experience in the local community. Working from the ground up, Sean understands the importance of immersing himself in every aspect of the retail bank. From his time as a Teller to his current role with Rondout, he has gained expertise and knowledge in sales, business development and project management.

As an emerging leader in our community, Sean has effectively coached and mentored teams to exceed their career development goals. In his new role of Assistant Vice President, Director of Retail Banking at Rondout Savings Bank, Sean is responsible for the retail bank division and enhancing and strengthening our deposit customer relationships. Additionally, he will manage the Bank’s financial literacy program.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from SUNY New Paltz in 2004 and is a graduate of the Ulster Leadership Development Institute in 2014. Sean enjoys volunteering for various organizations within the community including Independent Living, Ulster County Chamber Foundation, Kingston Uptown Business Association, Young Ulster Professionals, and the Sullivan County Legislature Revolving Loan Fund Advisory Board.
