BROCKPORT – The Bard baseball team won the second game of Saturday’s non-conference doubleheader at SUNY Brockport on Saturday afternoon, the team’s final games ahead of this weekend’s crossover series.
Jared Toby went 3-for-4 with two RBIs in the 7-5 victory, Jake Stacey had two runs and three RBIs, and Aidan Risse went the full seven innings on the hill to earn the win.
The first game was a 19-3 loss, with eight different Raptors notching a hit, and RBIs from Michael Kurlan, Anthony Brigante, and Jack Williamson.
The Raptors, as the fourth seed in the Liberty League East, will travel to face the University of Rochester, the top seed in the west, next weekend in the Liberty League crossover series, with game dates and times to be determined in the coming days.
